Bougainvillea Barbados  Donate BS$10,000 to The Salvation Army

Bridgetown, Barbados – December 10, 2024 – Bougainvillea Barbados and Sugar Bay Barbados have each donated BS$10,000 to The Salvation Army in support of their community initiatives during the festive season.

The donations, gratefully received by Major Denzil S. Walcott, will directly aid The Salvation Army’s efforts to support vulnerable individuals and families.

"At Bougainvillea, we believe in giving back, especially during the holidays. We hope this contribution makes a meaningful impact," said Dominic Seale, General Manager of Bougainvillea Barbados. Morgan Seale, General Manager of Sugar Bay Barbados, echoed these sentiments, adding, "Our partnership with The Salvation Army is crucial in addressing the needs of our community."

Major Walcott expressed heartfelt thanks, noting, "This generous support enables us to continue our work of providing hope and assistance to those in need."

St Christopher's Primary School

As part of its ongoing commitment to youth development, Bougainvillea Barbados has donated football, netball, and PE kits to St. Christopher Primary School. The donation will help students participate fully in physical education and prepare for upcoming matches. 

Bougainvillea Barbados has supported St. Christopher Primary for over a decade through educational, sustainability, and sports programs.

 

Care Ministry at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church

Since 2020, Bougainvillea Barbados has proudly supported the Care Ministry at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church by donating 40 hampers each month. These hampers, filled with essential food and household items, help support families in need within our local community.

This ongoing partnership reflects our commitment to giving back and making a positive impact beyond our hotel walls. By standing with St. Dominic’s and their outreach efforts, we aim to bring comfort and care to those who need it most.
